A Torah for Leaders
Authority that remembers whose it is
The Metatron principle may be especially important wherever human beings exercise authority.
The leader receives something.
A company.
A community.
A government office.
A family.
A classroom.
A platform.
A congregation.
People are placed within the radius of his decisions.
The fallen leader turns reception into possession.
“My organisation.”
“My people.”
“My vision.”
“My movement.”
“My followers.”
Metatron presents another architecture.
The keys are entrusted.
The house belongs to the King.
Authority becomes stewardship.

The great leader does not become less decisive.
He becomes less self-originating.
He can command where command is required because command is no longer feeding his identity.
He can listen without feeling diminished.
He can create boundaries without turning boundary into domination.
He can receive criticism without collapse.
He can carry honour without needing worship.
